Dear COE Community,

This afternoon I met with our Dean’s Student Advisory Board for our final meeting of the academic year. It’s always refreshing to hear directly from students about their questions, perspectives, challenges, and accomplishments. Today we spent a great deal of time talking about the pressures of being in school – be it in a graduate program or in an undergraduate program. Our students expressed gratitude for the faculty and staff who take the time to check in, connect, and show empathy and understanding. As we approach the end of the academic year and celebrate our graduating students, thank you for your support you’ve shown to our students.

Warmly,

Laura Lee
