Please share/forward the following information and attached flyer to undergraduate students (or other faculty you know who may have students) interested in receiving paid training and mentorship in applied research that promotes the use of evidence-based practices in K-12 education.

Apply Now for the 2024 HEDCO Institute Undergraduate Scholars Program!

The HEDCO Institute for Evidence-Based Educational Practice<https://hedcoinstitute.uoregon.edu/> is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications from students across the UO for the second cohort of our Undergraduate Scholars Program. The HEDCO Institute Undergraduate Scholars Program<https://hedcoinstitute.uoregon.edu/undergraduate-scholars-program> provides paid training and experience in literature reviews, communication and outreach, and dissemination of research to real-world decision-makers in K-12 education.

The program is open to all UO sophomores, juniors, or seniors who will graduate on or after December 2024, and we welcome applications from all majors and areas of study. No research experience is required.

We strongly encourage applications from women, racial and ethnic minorities, first generation (“first to go”) students, and other individuals who are under-represented across color, creed, race, ethnic and national origin, physical ability, gender and sexual identity, or any other legally protected basis.
