the UO for the second cohort of our Undergraduate Scholars Program. The <a href="https://hedcoinstitute.uoregon.edu/undergraduate-scholars-program" title="https://hedcoinstitute.uoregon.edu/undergraduate-scholars-program">HEDCO Institute Undergraduate Scholars
Program</a> provides paid training and experience in literature reviews, communication and outreach, and dissemination of research to real-world decision-makers in K-12 education. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The program is open to all UO sophomores, juniors, or seniors who will graduate on or after December 2024, and we welcome applications from all majors and areas of study. <b>No research experience is required.</b> <o:p></o:p></p>
