coe-staff: Reminder: COE Branded Shirts and Other Items

Just a reminder that our branded shirts option is only open through Sunday, January 29.  After that date, the store will be closed and no items available.  If you are a classified staff member, you do have a coupon (code list attached) for a free shirt or the ability to apply that value to another item.

In appreciation of our COE Classified Staff, this year, we are happy to be able to gift all of our Classified Staff members with a fun Port Authority Ezcotton polo shirt with COE logo.

We are also excited to honor the many seen and unseen contributions of our classified staff this year at the annual classified staff luncheon which will take place on Wednesday, February 15 from noon - 1 pm in the EMU Ballroom. We look forward to seeing Classified Staff and their supervisors there!  Additional RSVP information will be sent in a future email.

  *   Remote employees: For any fully remote employees who purchase items, we will ship those to you once they arrive. Once you place your order, please email the receipt and the item(s) you ordered along with your mailing address to Lisa Fortin at lfortin at uoregon.edu<mailto:lfortin at uoregon.edu> with the title "COE merchandise purchase" and we will send them to you once we receive them.
  *   Shipping: All orders (whether coupon or purchase) must be placed during the January 18-January 29 window and will be shipped as a single order to the COE. For Shipping, choose the 'Pick Up-Free' option.  Everything will be shipped to HEDCO 130 for distribution the week of February 13.  An email announcement will be sent when they arrive.
  *   Refunds: Please be aware that because these items are custom made no refunds or returns will be available. Please consult the size charts carefully when ordering.
