Hello,
We’re looking forward to having a fun and safe time at our lunch today. Please keep in mind the following guidance provided by the UO for today’s lunch or for any event in which you are a participant.
- Please stay home if you have any symptoms leading up to and/or during the day of the event. The Symptom Self Check tool<https://symptomcheck.uoregon.edu/> may be used as a guide.
- Please continue to follow the guidance on face coverings:
o Indoors – required to be always worn properly except when actively eating and drinking.
o Outdoors - required outdoors when distance cannot be maintained.
- Dining at events can be included in the program with the following guidance:
o We will have hand sanitizer available. Also, please wash your hands prior to eating.
o Face coverings can be removed when people are actively eating.
o People should wear masks when in line to pick up food.
- Physical distancing for the programmatic portion of the event is not required, however is recommended if dining is part of the program. We will have fewer seats at each table this year to allow you to spread out a bit more.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Lisa
