coe-staff: Please make a reservation for the December 2nd photo shoot

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Our openness, warmth, and sincere interest in student well-being are our greatest student recruitment tools, and our greatest community asset. Research has also documented the importance of a warm and welcoming community spirit for student recruiting; a fact that was reinforced again today by comments from the members of our Dean’s Student Advisory Board (DSAB). This photo shoot represents another opportunity for communicating our warm and welcoming climate to prospective students. I hope that you will participate. Here are the particulars.

On Thursday, December 2nd, Emily Barker and Juls Davis of our COE Communications team are hosting a professional headshot photo opportunity for faculty and staff from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you do not currently have a headshot, or would like to update yours, please RSVP<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf2HBdnePW1HiXLsYM9uay_CvouuMWvh_jcy9v5Y5MoI0JBtA/viewform?usp=pp_url> and select a time slot. Time slots are limited. The headshots will be taking place in the HEDCO Education Building. Please arrive in the HEDCO lobby on the first floor at least five minutes before your reserved time slot. Business casual attire is preferred.
