The UO has lifted the COVID-19 travel suspension to all but Level 4-High Risk destinations.   As UO staff members start planning travel, here are some helpful tips and resources:


  *   Request:  Concur Request is now required for pre-travel approval for all UO business travel.



  *   Cancelled ticket credits:  Check the Unused Ticket list<https://ba.uoregon.edu/travel/travel-resources#envelope-5108> for any ticket credits for you or your department.  This is housed on the UO Travel website under Travel Resources.



  *   Airline ticket purchases: are required to be purchased through our contracted TMC (Travel Management Companies) or using the Concur Booking Tool.



  *   Concur Backup Approvers:  Going on vacation?  If you are a travel approver, don't forget to set up a backup approver<https://ba.uoregon.edu/travel/concur>. (See Profile Settings)



  *   TSA PreCheck:  Check the expiration date on your TSA Pre-Check enrollment.  Those employees who signed up at a UO campus clinic five years ago may have expired enrollments.   *   Passports:  Check your passport expiration date. Consider entering your passport information into Concur.  Concur will send you an alert six months before your passport is due to expire.
