coe-staff: Institutional Hiring Plan - COE Guidance

Dear Faculty,

Please see the guidance document attached, which codifies the discussions we had with department heads last week. I also recommend that you speak with your academic department heads about creating tenure-related, assistant professor (The IHP uses the term "most" which allows for the possibility of a tenured or tenure eligible hire), faculty hiring proposals. New proposals, proposals from prior years, and proposals initiated in the fall will all be considered.
