coe-staff: UO Libraries New York Times Subscription

Hello! I wanted to let you know that the UO Libraries is piloting an institutional subscription to the New York Times. While we previously had access through some of our databases (with varying dates of coverage), UO students, faculty, and staff now have full access to the online edition.
