Dear Faculty and Staff,

An early welcome to the 2020 - 2021 academic year. Thank you for working with your Occupancy Coordinators to determine any regularly scheduled time you may be planning to spend in your College of Education (COE) office.

As a reminder, starting yesterday, any faculty or staff who may need to travel to campus for occasional / off-schedule visits to any of the buildings in the COE complex, will be required to complete the COE Complex Occasional Visit Survey before each visit https://oregon.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0Go9Zizro3uvzlX<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/oregon.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0Go9Zizro3uvzlX__;!!C5qS4YX3!SdkTvaRC6ERjMwbdqKz-kLPvjj5QfINMmgfEDyiBv447TXsoRxAMGs2Lewcjx49m1-w$>.

Please note: The COE Complex Occasional Visit Survey replaces the Smartsheet request-form that was in place over the spring and summer. Moving forward, please use the COE Complex Occasional Visit Survey to indicate any of your off-schedule COE activities including visits to another unit within the complex. We will keep you posted regarding any changes to this process.

Please bookmark this page which also contains the link to this survey https://coedocs.uoregon.edu/display/governance/College+of+Education+Resumption+Planning+Materials

Recurring visits to the COE complex, i.e. visits that occur on a regular or fixed schedule, should be filed with your department or unit's Occupancy Coordinator no later than September 29th.

Best,
Dianna
