coe-staff: COE Mail Room Hours

Hello,
The College of Education mailroom in HEDCO 130 will be restricting its open hours beginning Monday, March 23.  For mail pick-up, the mail room will be open from Noon – 2 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you need mail or other package services outside of these hours, please contact Lisa Fortin at Lfortin at uoregon.edu<mailto:Lfortin at uoregon.edu> to discuss another arrangement.  As our building doors will be locked, delivery services will be instructed to call a number for the Learning Commons to gain entry to the building.  If you are expecting an urgent package, we can have the folks in the Learning Commons look out for it and notify you when it arrives.  Otherwise all mail can be picked up during the open hours Tuesday and Thursday.
While our buildings are on modified schedules, we encourage programs to consider reducing non-urgent mail orders.  This will be the plan through the next week and we will update it or change it as needed.
