All-
Effective immediately, the COE complex will be secured for the foreseeable future requiring card access to enter the building AND to operate the elevators.
I am on campus and can assist gaining access if needed. Call my cell 541-731-2843.
Please see additional information below:
The Incident Management Team is printing up signage for building doors with the language below. The timing of printing does not allow us to have those signs in place tomorrow morning<x-apple-data-detectors://0> (3/18<x-apple-data-detectors://1>). We are sharing the language with you now in case you’d like to print it (or modify it with a department-specific number for access) and post tomorrow morning<x-apple-data-detectors://2> (3/18<x-apple-data-detectors://3>). We are hoping to have the signage placed later in the day. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Effective Immediately, UO campus facilities are only open for students, faculty, staff, and those with official business on campus (e.g., vendors).
For UO community members: If you have a UO-issued ID and this building has a card reader use your card for access. If that does not work, call 541-346-2919<tel:541-346-2919> and press 2 to request assistance from UOPD. You will be asked to show your UO ID.
For vendors: Contact your UO point person directly. If you do not have a phone number, call 541-346-2919<tel:541-346-2919> and press 2 to request assistance from UOPD.
Eric
