Hello,
Are you free for lunch on February 13? Then please join us at our Classified Staff Appreciation Lunch. This event is not only for all of our classified staff and their supervisors, but also for anyone who interacts with our staff and wants to show appreciation for the great work they do.
The lunch will take place on Thursday, February 13, from noon - 1 pm in the Ford Alumni Center Giustina Ballroom, so we have plenty of room for anyone who wants to attend. Complimentary parking will be available in the Columbia Garage.

The menu is:
Green Salad with Assorted Dressings (vegan, made without gluten)
Orecchiette Caprese Salad (vegetarian, contains egg, milk, soy, wheat) with tri-colored tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella, and creamy basil dressing
Roasted Winter Vegetables (vegan, made without gluten)
Basmati Rice (vegan, made without gluten)
Chicken Cacciatore (made without gluten)
Teriyaki Chicken (contains soy, wheat)
Pumpkin Polenta Tempeh (vegan, contains soy, wheat), with mole and pumpkin seed gremolata
Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Berry Compote (made without gluten, contains milk)
Individual Wonder Cakes with Mocha Ganache (vegan, made without gluten, contains soy, treenuts)
Iced Tea (Includes sugar and lemon wedges)
