coe-staff: In Appreciation of our Teachers

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Please join me in celebrating National Teacher Appreciation Week as well as Teacher Appreciation Day today, May 8, 2019.

In 1985, the National Education Association (NEA) established Teacher Appreciation Week as the first full week of May.  This week is an occasion to recognize the many contributions teachers make to help students succeed in school, and in life.  I encourage you to take a moment to think about those teachers that have made an impact in your life, and better yet, let them know how much you appreciate them.
