coe-staff: University-wide updates

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Department Heads attended a required session last week in which the Provost's office provided updates across several areas.
I am providing those materials to you for your awareness.

The topics covered at the meeting were:


*         Updates to teaching evaluations. New process currently going through  University Senate (See PPT attached)


*         Course re-approval process (see handout). Resources and deadlines for this process can be found here: https://provost.uoregon.edu/core-education-course-approval-process


*         Department/Program Honors Guidelines (see handout). See new guidelines here: https://provost.uoregon.edu/honors-program-guidelines


*         Migration to CourseLeaf (see handout for information on upcoming trainings)
