Dear colleagues,

As members of Dean Randy Kamphaus's five-year administrative review committee, we will be preparing the final review report to the provost and president soon. We are writing to ask you to submit feedback with your candid and confidential assessment of Dean Kamphaus's leadership and management of the College of Education. The information will be used to assist the committee in writing a review summary for the final report.  Our summary will provide the basis for discussions between the Provost and Dean Kamphaus regarding strengths and areas of potential improvement in his leadership of the COE.
