coe-staff: Information Session: CNTTF Promotion & Annual Performance Evaluation Linkages

Greetings COE Faculty and Staff:

Because of significant response and interest, I have decided to hold another Information Session to review the CNTTF promotion criteria and process and to address the linkages between a faculty member’s annual performance evaluations (Due April 15, 2018) and the CNTTF promotion criteria and process. In doing so, I will also review the COE self-evaluation documents (annual review templates) used for the annual performance evaluations.

This Second Information Session will be held on Wednesday, March 21st from 9:00-10:30 am in HEDCO 240. Thus, CNTTF seeking promotion as Officers of Research (Research Assistant, Research Associate, Research Professor classifications) or Officers of Instruction (Instructor, Lecturer, Clinical Professor classifications), and their supervisors are welcome to attend.

Because annual performance evaluations are now a critical and necessary component of the promotion file/dossier and process, understanding and making explicit linkages between a CNTTF member’s annual performance evaluations and promotion criteria and selected documents require careful consideration and development. This Information Session will focus on these linkages.
