Greetings COE Colleagues:

Attached is a summary of the Trump Administration’s FY 2019 budget request compliments of the Penn Hill Group (via Dean Kamphaus).  The “bad news” begins on page 1, and the really bad news begins on page 3 with the header, “Streamlining and Program Consolidation.”  Details are given for each program area (e.g., elementary and secondary; special education and rehabilitative services, CTE) beginning on page 4. A summary of proposed IES funding is on page 10. All the best, Ed
