I am reluctant to add to your faculty's workload but this is a mandatory effort for all units.  Let's not talk about this today.  Our agenda is beyond full.  Please begin working with your faculty using your internal processes and we'll assess our collective progress at our next meeting.


I will need to see your drafts by the beginning of Spring break, March 23.  That will give me time over the break to take a look at them and get back to you with any feedback.
