coe-staff: College of Education Diversity Action Plan

Dear Faculty and Staff:

As you may recall, about 18 months ago, UO President Schill and the Division on Equity and Inclusion (DEI) asked all campus units to submit a Diversity Action Plan. The purpose of the Plan is to advance our institutional priorities, particularly with regards to providing an exceptional academic experience for all students and creating a more diverse and inclusive institution.

The attached is the COE Diversity Action Plan that we revised last year based on DEI feedback and submitted this week for further review. Thank you to the many stakeholders who helped create the attached document, and who will continue to revise it as we move forward.
