coe-staff: Development Staffing Update

I am sharing this message on behalf of Deidre Sandvick:

Dear Faculty and Staff,

It is with decidedly mixed feelings that I announce that Kristi Schneider, our Associate Director of Development, is being reassigned to the newly formed Scholarships and Student Success team in University Advancement. She begins the new position on October 1. Although she will be leaving the College, she will continue to work with my team to secure COE-specific scholarship gifts. While we will miss her sunny personality and incredible work ethic here, we wish Kristi the very best as she goes to work on this important university priority. There are no plans to rehire this position. Instead, Kristi's work will be distributed among my team to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.
