coe-staff: Mention of ORSN in Governors Debate

Dear Faculty and Staff,

I wish to call to your attention the mention of our ORSN (Oregon Research Schools Network) partnership with Roosevelt High School by a student during the first Oregon Gubernatorial debate (See video link). The Roosevelt student asks her question of the candidates at minute 35.08.

Nancy Golden and Sol Joye have been working with Renee Mitchell, our Courtesy Assistant Clinical Professor, appointed in EMPL, to implement trauma informed care educator professional development school-wide. Renee and her colleagues are doing an outstanding job of leading this effort.
