[cid:image001.jpg at 01D47C27.808A8F00]As we're heading into the rainy and cold season, the COE has a solution for the end of year doldrums. Join us at our annual holiday party! Our menu celebrates rainbows and unicorns with food that is colorful, fun, festive, and tasty!
The Holiday Party will be held immediately after the Faculty and Staff meeting on Friday, November 30 from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm in HEDCO 220 and 230T. We'll have great food, camaraderie with our colleagues, and of course, raffle prizes!

STATION #1:
Ø Fall Harvest (vegetarian, gluten-free) Curry spiced acorn squash and rainbow carrots, Brussel sprouts, sweet peppers, mushrooms, red beets, and sweet potatoes, served with maple blue cheese dip
Ø Hand Cut Fruit (vegan, gluten free, dairy-free) Pineapple, cantaloupe, kiwi, grapefruit, pears, blueberries, grapes, oranges, and pomegranate.
Ø Chicken Skewers with Gochujang Sauce (gluten free)/Tempeh Skewers with Gochujang Sauce (vegan, gluten free, contains soy)

Ø Farmer's Market (vegetarian,) Rainbow carrots, Persian cucumber, broccoli, carnival cauliflower, French radishes, petite sweet peppers, and cherry tomatoes Harissa aioli served with caramelized onion dip (contains egg, milk, soy, wheat)
Ø Rainbow Roasted Vegetable Flatbread (vegetarian, contains milk, soy, wheat)
Ø Spring Pea Hummus with Spiced Naan - Small (vegetarian, contains milk, soy, wheat)
Ø Orange & Cumin Sweet Potato Bites (vegan, made-without-gluten)
Ø BLT Skewer, Pork belly, grape tomato, romaine lettuce and dijon mustard (contains egg, milk, soy, wheat)
Ø Bowtie Pasta with Fresh Arugula, Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto (vegetarian, contains milk, wheat)
