Hello,
There are two upcoming opportunities to get out and support COE students showing their research.
The UO 9th Annual Graduate Student Research Forum is being held Friday, May 11th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on the second floor of the EMU (in the Ballroom and other nearby rooms). This one-day event, which highlights the outstanding research of UO graduate students and includes the Three Minute Thesis competition, is expected to draw more than 100 students from more than 50 disciplines. Graduate students will present their research in one of three presentation formats: panel discussions, poster presentations, or Three Minute Thesis (3MT). We have COE students participating on panels, and we have 17 students in the poster session. There are also COE students competing in the 3 minute thesis competition. Click here for a detailed schedule of the Graduate Student Research Forum.<https://cpb-us-e1.wpmucdn.com/blogs.uoregon.edu/dist/5/5274/files/2013/12/2018-Grad-Forum-Long-Agenda-1em0wtc.pdf>
The Undergraduate Research Symposium will be held on Thursday, May 17 from 9 pm – 7:30 pm in the EMU. Over 30 COE students are presenting. Click here to visit the website for the Undergraduate Research Symposium.<https://undergradsymposium.uoregon.edu/>
