coe-staff: Faculty and Staff Picnic and Awards on Friday changed to 4:30 pm in HEDCO

Hello,
Due to a predicted 80% chance of rain tomorrow afternoon, we have decided to move our Faculty and Staff Picnic and Awards indoors.  We'll have our food ready in HEDCO 230T and our seating area in HEDCO 220.  Because of the change in venue, the event will now start at 4:30 pm.  The awards presentation will take place in HEDCO 220 starting at 5:30 pm as previously scheduled.
