coe-staff: COE Ad Hoc Committee Report on College Structure

Dear Colleagues,

Attached please find the report from the Ad Hoc Committee on College Structure that details our process of gathering information and input from faculty and staff in the COE, summarizes information gathered, and provides recommendations.

The Ad Hoc Committee affirms the usefulness of this committee process and were pleased by the way it facilitated transparent and constructive communication with both the Dean's office and the Provost's office on matters of critical importance to the College.  We look forward to further collaborative efforts to promote excellence in the COE and the University of Oregon generally.
