As a follow up to Jayanth's message below, I am sharing COE-specific data, which UO's AAEO Office prepared. The attached PDF contains university-wide data and guidance for using and interpreting the data. I will be happy to meet with you and other COE leaders to discuss this information relating to your IHP proposals, diversity action plans, and active recruitment efforts generally. AAEO is available as an additional resource as well.
