coe-staff: Copy of Memorandum from Office of the Provost

Dear Faculty and Staff,

As I have referenced in my meetings with you since last summer, I have been working with your department heads, campus leaders, Faculty Advisory Committee and COE leadership to respond to mandates from our university leaders for our college's fiscal prudence and organizational efficiency.  These requirements are listed in the document attached, which has served as a guide for much of our groundwork this Fall term.  Though many of you may have already received a copy of this document, I now believe every member of our community should have a copy of the memo we have been referencing in the interest of informing our future work together.
