coe-staff: Support the COE at Innovation Day on Friday

Hello,
Get out and support the COE and other innovators at the UO's first Innovation Day, this Friday at the EMU.  Innovation Day is an interdisciplinary festival as the UO highlights innovation among students, faculty, and alumni, as well as, the wider Eugene community with the goal of connecting participants to ideas, resources, and one another to advance entrepreneurial knowledge, opportunities, and shared pursuits.
Dane Ramshaw and students from EDST 422 will be presenting "Training teachers to teach coding (embedding computational thinking across the curriculum)" located in Startup Alley near the McMillan Gallery/Ballroom for a 2 hour window between 11 am - 4 pm.  The exact time has yet to be determined.  Please check the Innovation Day schedule for an updated time.
The Center on Teaching and Learning will have multiple projects to view and they will be located in various booths in the Startup Alley near the McMillan Gallery.   Projects on display include:

n  booth #44   Precision Mathematics (11am - 4 pm)

n  booth #46   KinderTEK iPad Math (9am - 4pm)

n  booth #37   NumberShire Level 1: An early math, game-based intervention and supplemental teacher tools (11am - 4 pm)

n  booth #39   NumberShire Self Regulation Activity (Math Toss) (11am - 4 pm)
