coe-staff: Laura Lee McIntyre appointed to board and presidential post in American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Dear Faculty and Staff,

I am pleased to report that Professor McIntyre has been elected to the Board of Directors of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). She is taking on a 4-year commitment, with the first year serving as Vice President, then President-Elect, then President, then Past-President.

Laura Lee's acceptance of disciplinary service provides another example of the both commitment of, and high regard for, our faculty.  I am proud to be a member of our extraordinary community of scholars.
