The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will remain in effect. However, the DAPA program (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents) remains void per a new memo signed yesterday by DHS Sec. Kelly, Meaning, parents may begin being deported.
