coe-staff: 2017 Commencement Ceremonies Update-Time Change to 4 pm start

Hello,
Although our start time had previously been confirmed for 3:00 pm, there has been a change.  In order to allow for more preparation times between ceremonies, all 3:00 pm ceremonies will now start at 4:00 pm, so the COE ceremony will be from 4:00 - 6:00 pm on Monday, June 19 at the Matthew Knight Arena.  I apologize for any inconvenience this change might cause.
For more information and to RSVP to the ceremony, please visit our website located at:  https://education.uoregon.edu/dean-office/commencement   Because there is plenty of seating, no tickets are necessary and you can have as many family and friends attend as you wish.  The Duck Store will have a Grad Week April 10-13 where you will be able to purchase your cap and gown, diploma frames, invitations, and that type of thing.

The main UO Commencement Ceremony, also held on June 19, will begin with the grad parade at 9 am with the ceremony following at 9:30 am in the Matthew Knight Arena.  Student Life will be sending out an email describing UO Commencement activities at the end of March.
