coe-staff: Motions for Senate Meeting this Wednesday

Dear Colleagues,

I am one of the UO senate representative for the COE and I wanted to make sure you are aware of two matters that will be discussed/ voted on in the Senate meeting this Wednesday between 3-5p. If you have any comments that you want me to bring/be aware of or questions that you have, please feel free to email me at Linville at uoregon.edu<mailto:Linville at uoregon.edu>. We have couple of other COE Senate representatives so please feel to reach out to any of us....and of course anyone can attend the Senate meetings any time if there is a motion or matter that you want to add your voice/perspective to the discussion. (1) The Senate will vote this Wednesday on the Student Sexual and Gender Based Harassment and Violence Complaint and Response policy. (2) At Wednesday's meeting Senator Pedro García-Caro (Romance Languages) will propose a motion for a resolution titled "Reaffirming our Shared Values of Respect for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion."
