coe-staff: Costume Contest Results

Thanks to those who participated in our costume contest.
Individual contest winner (receiving a do it yourself Halloween Cookie Kit):  By one vote, She Can Do It -- Elizabeth O'Harra!  Katie Conley was a close second.
