coe-staff: Space Improvements

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing today to express my gratitude yet again for everyone's forbearance and skill as we improve our space to incorporate our expanded faculty.  Eric Owens, in particular, deserves our gratitude for managing multiple projects, expectations, and contractors for months on end.  The photos attached and appended provide a very small glimpse of the many improvements we have made to our infrastructure this year.

In this case, we needed to create laboratory space for new faculty member Lauren Cycyk to support her research program in communication sciences and disorders.  The difference between the "before" status of the room (See attachments) in the basement of the Clinical Services Building and the "after" status (appended below) is truly remarkable.

Of course, Eric's work never ends.  He is working on the installation of an additional bathroom in the HEDCO clinic area during the upcoming break to create more capacity to see clients.
