coe-staff: Halloween at the COE

Hello all you COE ghouls and goblins!
This year we are planning a few activities in conjunction with Halloween on Monday, October 31st.  Not only will we have Doughnuts for Ducks, we'll have some departmental trick or treating and a costume contest.  Details are below!

We'll start the day with Doughnuts for Ducks from 9:30 am - 10:30 am in the HEDCO Lobby.  Then we'll have a COE Trick or Treat trail.  The departments listed below will have candy out from 10:30 am - 3:00 pm (or until the candy runs out) for those who want to stop by and say "Trick or Treat."  Hopefully, it will be all treats!

To encourage you all to dress up to go trick or treating, we're also having a costume contest.  We have two categories, best individual costume and best group costume.  All you need to do is take a photo in your costume(s) on Halloween day somewhere around the COE.  Email the picture to lfortin at uoregon.edu<mailto:lfortin at uoregon.edu> no later than 1 pm on Oct. 31st.  The photos will be uploaded and a survey sent out so folks can vote by 5 pm that day.  Winners will be announced the following day. There will be some ghoulishly great prizes.  Meaning we haven't figured out what the prizes will be yet.  But the bragging rights are better than any prize, anyway, right?
