coe-staff: EMU Floorplans and Rates

Hello,
Attached are the newly renovated EMU floor plans, rental rates and room capacities.  As indicated in a previous email, all campus departments will now be charged for use of the event spaces.  The room fee includes most basic a/v such as screens and LCD projectors.  All of the spaces are ready for use now, except for the ballroom area which they expect to be finished in early Fall.  You are allowed to reserve the space up to 3 years out, so feel free to plan ahead!
