coe-staff: Exchange mailbox upgrade for the COE this week

Attention: Outlook/Exchange user action required: Please close your email client Wednesday (4/20) and Thursday (4/21) before leaving work.

UO Informations Services staff will be upgrading a portion of the email service overnight each night during this period. By closing your email program, you'll be playing helpful role in this upgrade process.

We ask that you quit your email program each night because we cannot say for sure which day each COE account will be upgraded.

After the upgrade, you may not notice any changes in your email program. If you use Windows, you may see an alert saying an Exchange administrator has made a change that requires you to restart your email program. Restarting should eliminate the warning.

For those of you who log into the Outlook Web App (https://outlook.uoregon.edu),  you'll notice a new blue default theme throughout the application, along with other new features.
