coe-staff: Update of Flash on Windows Computers starting today (4/12)

This is a technical notice, no user action is required.

Starting today (4/12), COEIT is initiating an update of  Adobe Flash for Windows computers.  The update seeks to patch a vulnerability in Flash when with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers. The patch will update Flash to version 21.0.0.213.
