coe-staff: Reminder: new address for COE file shares

Just a reminder...

The COE file shares now have new addresses. This happened on 12/16/15, so we wanted to send out a quick note as the winter quarter starts.

For Windows users who had a “G:” drive, this has now gone away and is replaced with an “O:” drive (O for Oregon).
The “PersDir” folder that was inside "COEshare" (G: drive) has been moved to its own file share and will show up for users as the “P:” drive (P is for personal).

On an Mac you can connect to the new COE file share by pressing “command+K” and typing in in the following address:

smb://files.uoregon.edu/coe-cc-share/coe<https://outlook.uoregon.edu/owa/UrlBlockedError.aspx>

To connect to the new personal share for Mac users  press “command+K” and type in in the following address:

smb://files.uoregon.edu/coe-cc-personal/personal

As usual, you will then need to log on with your Duck ID credentials.

COEIT will be checking in with units to make sure everyone is connecting and seeing their folders and files.
