coe-staff: Link to President Schill's Student Access and Success Presentation

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

There was a large and enthusiastic crowd at President Schill's inspirational address to the UO community yesterday. I think that those of you who were unable to attend will find the speech equally inspiring, if for no other reason, because of the many references to the fine work conducted by our students, staff, and faculty.
