The Educational Methodology, Policy and Leadership (EMPL) department is pleased to offer EDLD 610 Mixed Methods Research. Please forward to  any students you think would benefit from this course.
Interested in learning to explore research questions through the use of both quantitative and qualitative research methods? Dr. Jo Smith’s Spring class, EDLD 610 – Mixed Methods Research, offers a blend of theory on mixed methods research designs and practical application. In addition to theory and examples from the field, we will be using quantitative student-level data to generate qualitative questions of interest to the Oregon State Board of Education in a hands-on application of mixed methods techniques.
