coe-staff: Potluck for State Employee Food Drive

Hello,
In support of the Food Drive taking place during the month of February, the COE is having a pay-as-you-go potluck!  Delectable dishes (including dessert) will be available from 11:30 am - 1 pm in Lokey ED 119 on Monday, February 23rd, for a mere suggested donation of $5.  We will be taking money at the door.  If you want to volunteer to bring a dish send me an email by February 19th.  So we can get a count for food, please RSVP back to this email if you think you will be attending.

Since "Nom!", "Yum!", and "Can I have the recipe?" are typically heard at potlucks, we plan to compile recipes for some of the offerings into a COE Cookbook PDF that will be available for $3.  If you plan to bring a dish and are willing to share your recipe, please send the details to Richelle Chambers Krotts for publication in the cookbook.  We'll add your recipe, give you credit, and thank you on behalf of Food for Lane County!

Wendy's Style Copycat Chili
Pasta Salad
Chickpea, Feta, and Parsley Salad
Fresh Fruit Salad
Triple Chocolate Spice Cupcakes
