coe-staff: Network Issues in COE

All,

Voice and data networking in the COE complex is uncharacteristically slow right now (9/26 @ 2:00pm). COEIT has submitted a ticket with UO networking describing the issue. They are currently  investigating.

We will keep you posted as we have more information.
