coe-staff: Senate notes for 2/12/14

Hi Colleagues - Here are my notes from the last meeting of the UO Senate.  I made quite a few links to the senate web site (http://senate.uoregon.edu/ ) to refer you to various motions or reports, so you might want to have it open as you read through the notes.  Also, the review of the office of Research, Innovation and Graduate Education (RIGE) was not available at the time of the meeting, but has since been posted on the Senate website.  Final versions of any motions passed will be in the senate minutes when they are available.
