coe-staff: UO Senate Meeting, January 15.

Hi Colleagues - thank goodness for a 3-day weekend! I was able to catch up on my Senate notes. It wasn't a terribly exciting meeting, but there's some good stuff about the UO budget, academic freedom, enrollment, and the Independent Board (it needs a name, don't you think?).  As always, you can read reports and motions on the Senate website, http://senate.uoregon.edu/ .  The minutes take a little longer to appear on the website but they'll be there before next month's meeting.
