coe-staff: Important Panopto Information

Hello All,

This message is for all who are using the Mac recorder to make Panopto recordings. A bug with the Mac recorder will make the audio playback at high speed (sounding very chipmunk-like). This is an issue for recordings made without video. We have two work-arounds until Panopto fixes the bug and pushes out an update. Option one is to use the Windows recorder if you have a Windows machine available. Option two is to record video using the Mac recorder. If you don't want to record video, you will need to select the video camera as an option anyway and obscure the lens with paper or another object. I apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as the patch is made available, we will put it in place and update you.
