*1.  Enhanced Assessment Instruments Grant Program (**84.368)*

The Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Educationproposes 
priorities, requirements, definitions, and selection criteriaunder the 
Enhanced Assessment Instruments Grant program, also calledthe Enhanced 
Assessment Grants (EAG) program. Comments on the proposals are due 
February 25, 2013.

*2. **NIDRR DRRP--Community Livingand Participation, Health and 
Function, and Employment of IndividualsWith Disabilities*

The Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative 
Services proposes funding priorities and definitions forthe Disability 
and Rehabilitation Research Projects and Centers Programadministered by 
the National Institute on Disability and RehabilitationResearch (NIDRR). 
Specifically, this document proposes priorities for aDisability and 
Rehabilitation Research Project (DRRP) on CommunityLiving and 
Participation of Individuals with Disabilities (ProposedPriority 1), a 
DRRP on Health and Function of Individuals withDisabilities (Proposed 
Priority 2), and a DRRP on Employment ofIndividuals with Disabilities 
(Proposed Priority 3). Comments on the proposals are due February 25, 2013.

*3. Indian Education--Professional Development Grants Program*

The Department is inviting applications for new awards under this 
program for:

·Projects that enable more data-based decision-making

·Projects that provide pre-service training for teachers

·Projects that provide pre-service training for administrators
