coe-staff: Announcement - Bill English

Members of the College of Education Community:

I am sorry to inform you that R. William (Bill) English died unexpectedly last Thursday.  Bill worked at the College of Education's Rehabilitation Research and Training Center in Mental Retardation from the mid-1970s to the late 1980s. After leaving the UO, Bill and his wife Norma relocated to Florida, where Bill worked at Florida State University until his death.
