coe-staff: Video Requests

Hello College of Education,

To allow me to better prepare for video recordings, I created a form for video requests. This form will help me ready the equipment in advance, so that I am properly prepared for your event and can produce the best results possible. This request form should be used if you are in a location that doesn't have video equipment already installed. For example, a traditional course capture request in 220 won't require this form. However, if you are looking for use of our HD camera, tripod, lights, etc. this form will be helpful.
